Not to sound like a fan girl, and it may have just been because my expectations were low. But the Twilight movie did not suck. Sure they didn't focus alot on the Cullen's which kinda pissed me off. But over all. It wasn't a sucktacular mess. There is way to much to write about this particular night. However sharing it with Holly and Jackie was amazing.
Blue icees that were definetly spiked. :D

I was having a talk with holly and realized how I have never put up any of my real emotions on here. And since its just Holly and Jackie reading this, I dont mind.

So here it goes:

I miss being a kid, as cliche as it sounds. When you are a kid nothing that seems to be happening can really affect you. It was easier to roll with the punches. Growing up numbs you. You lose all of your creativity and most of your passion that drives you to do things you love. Back when you didnt have to fake a smile or laugh because you were genuinly happy that day. But over the years you are trained to be what they want you to be. And as much as I have previously refused to accept this notion, your home life starts to mold you. You start to realize things in yourself that resemble a mother or father. And you hate yourself for it.

Slam your body down and wind it all around.

Ok so maybe according the recent trips to mars that NASA's small shuttles have been making Mars is not aa leather jumpsuit- fire breathing filled as the Briney Spears music video predicted. However new findings have detected rather LARGE glaciers under the surface of the red planet. Hm.. who would have guessed? Oops, I did it again!

Things Kayla realized today-
1.) A large percentage of girls (minus thoughs who are a weird shade of gray and look like skin and bones) will brak into dance and song the minute the song Wannabe by Spice Girls comes on.
2.) How emotionally deprived I am. (cheery I know.) According to a few unmentioned family members, the fact that hide my feelings super well is a sign of the fact I have no soul. Hm... :D
3.)How I laugh at incredibly stupid things. For example, Jackson on Hannah Montanna. Hate the show, but that boy is hilarious. And The gosselin kids make me smile :)
4.) How much I miss the 90's/early 2000's. Oh the fuzzy feelings.
5.) How excited I am for Christmas! Thanksgiving day- Bringin' down the Christmas stuff.
6.) How much I hope the Twilight movie that I am going to see tomorrow with Holly and Jackie doesn't suck major balls.

Ok so heres the deal, we are having spirit week at my school and one of the theme things they have going on is that in between classes each day they will play songs from a different decade. (i.e- Monday- 60's, Tuesday- 70's and so on.)

So today was 80's day and I was extremly excited because truth is, I know alot of 80's songs. And while packing up to leave english I paused mid sentence in a conversation with Hannah and my English teacher because the tune on the intercom sounded oh so familiar.

Little did I know TA-DAH Never gunna give you up came on. And knowing me I screamed out "You've been rick rolled!" My english teacher, being the good sport he is just laughed and said how his name was really rick atsley and I explained that rick roll was a online joke, though I think he already knew. And the remaining parts of the class that were still there? Well, lets just say there was a silent reaction. And a slow proceeding to the door.



As I am from Massachusetts I figured it would be fun to give you a little news article from my beloved state so here we go.-

In good news today a 74 year old blind woman payed off her 1 cent debt. Well not technically. The woman owed one cent to the government for her "overdue" water and sewer bill. Antonio Viveiros (a former city counselor) wrote a check for one cent and explained (in lamens terms) how much this whole situation pissed him off.
Kayla's note- WTF?! I am not even going to dignify this news article with a comment. Everything that could be said is pretty damn straight forward. A+ for you Ma.

I think I'm a 40 year old woman.

So putting my love of mid-day soap operas aside. I realized today that I must be a 40 year old woman. Why you ask?

Truth is this thought hit me as I was watching this John and Kate Plus 8 special where they renew their wedding vows (fantastic episode by the way) and as I was searching through my DVR ( filled with Scrubs, Days of Our Lives, and House) I realized how enthusiastically excited I was to watch it, easily comparable to an elderly woman. So you sense my dilemma? Though I must admit I am equally excited for the new house tonight and AMNT (america's next top model for those of us not following along) tomorrow night. Go Analeigh!

Yup you were waiting for it. SO while flipping through one of my mom's new magazines (she has an unhealthy addiction with them) I saw a small blurb stating how Miley Cyrus appeared on the Ryan Seacrest show (yet again) and refused to confirm that she was dating some hot 20 year old underwear model. (For those wondering, yes, she is 15.) Sagitory Rape FTW.
